  • Cancellations & Shipping Address Edits

    Are accepted within 24 hours of purchase - please contact us at haligstudios@gmail.com . Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted, buying will be required to pay for return label after receiving product.

  • Returns

    Returns are accepted within 15 days of original purchase (except for ineligible for return items, i.e. stickers - see individual product for details). Proof of receipt is required, and return shipping cost is your responsibility. Items cannot be washed, worn, tampered with, or broken and must be returned in the original condition and packaging.

    Halig Studios cannot maintain responsibility for returns or exchanges lost in the shipping process. Please contact your local USPS, UPS, FedEX, or other shipping party in this event.

    Ineligible for return: Prints, Stickers, and Custom Orders, are not eligible for refund or return.

    We do not accept international returns at this time.

  • Do you sell your goods in person / Would you come sell your goods at my event?

    Yes and yes. You can check out my instagram @haligstudios for details on recent happenings & places I will be vending.
